A: We try to shift the working time and schedule of both the Project Manager and the development team closer to our customer’s time zone. However, most of our clients love the time difference! They have a problem one day – the next morning the problem is gone. We are able to achieve this by utilizing both our Philadelphia office to clarify the problem with the client and then the Tomsk development team to fix it as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also provide 24/7 support for our production sites when required. Q: How does TOMITA ensure confidentiality? A: We usually sign an NDA with our customers before starting a project.
