QTC international provides cost effective Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Vendor Inspection and Material Coordination Services to the Oil & Gas Industry.

Extremely complicated and unique work process was analyzed and automated; the first working release was dated 2006 and since then Tomita supports and maintains the site including both production support, and new development.

MOMS – medical office management system

The system was developed mostly for billing and visits control; the main purpose is to control all billing (per visit, per treatment/procedure) and make sure nothing left behind. The system deployed in 3 med offices and generates 25-30% extra revenue. Currently we are working with one of the biggest billing company in Philadelphia  to implement this system for all their clients (it should save a lot of aggravation and disputes between doctors and billing company).

Key Management system

The project started in 2004 and ended 2007. We started with business analysis in Car dealership industry; gathered and analyzed system requirements. The challenge (beside all the normal software development) was to create electronic and hard-ware specifications, create complete working prototype that could be presented to potential users. We have created 2 working systems that were demonstrated in Las Vegas in 2006 for car dealerships and residential apartment complexes.

EN2B – multi level marketing system

We analyzed and implemented very unique business logic for this MML system. The system implemented fully automated process for both front-end users and back-end. It had very attractive design for “visitors/buyers”; unique opportunity to become a part of the business (all process could be completed online), get all the reports about current and future commissions; make any sale online, put any new product and so on.
